Phillip Prather began his career with Jones Motor Company in 2011 and has since held multiple roles across the organization. Originally from Selmer, Tennessee, and born in Corinth, Mississippi, Phillip brings over a decade of automotive experience to the team.His career path includes five years in sales, seven years in finance, and since 2023, he has served as Sales Manager, where he leads with expertise and a customer-first approach.Outside of work, Phillip enjoys fishing and riding side-by-sides. He’s a proud owner of a Cane Corso named Vader and loves spending time with his five nieces and nephews and four siblings.

Caylen  is a Sales Manager at Jones Ford. Originally from Florence, AL, he now resides in Sheffield, AL. Since starting in the car business in 2016, he has worked as a Salesperson, Floor Manager, Finance Manager, and General Sales Manager before joining Jones Motor Company in 2020. He attended Jacksonville State University and the University of North Alabama, majoring in Exercise Science. Outside of work, Caylen enjoys watching sports, golfing, hunting, fishing, and playing video games. His biggest joy comes from spending time with his daughter. Caylen’s favorite part of his job is the interaction with people and the excitement of helping customers find their dream vehicle. A fun fact—he has been playing drums since he was 8 years old and is entirely self-taught!

Chris is a Floor Sales Manager at Jones Ford. He began his career in the automotive industry in 2003 and is passionate about helping customers find the perfect vehicle while leading and supporting his sales team. Originally from Bolivar, TN, he now resides in Jackson, TN. Over the years, he has excelled as a sales associate, floor manager, and sales trainer, always striving to elevate both customer satisfaction and team success. He attended MTSU, where he majored in Business and Music Production, blending his passion for leadership and creativity. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his kids, playing music, fishing, basketball, and hosting cookouts. His favorite part of the job is helping customers find the perfect vehicle and mentoring fellow sales associates to achieve success. Chris lives by a competitive mindset: “Number 1 is always my goal—number 2 isn’t an option.” His dedication, expertise, and leadership make him a key player at Jones Motor Company.

Jamie is a Sales Associate at Jones Ford, originally from South Carolina and now living in Henderson, TN. He is married with three children and values every moment spent with his family. In his free time, Jamie enjoys writing music and being surrounded by loved ones. After graduating high school, Jamie served 10 years in the U.S. Army. Following his military career, he pursued his passion for music, playing in the Nashville area for 9 years before stepping into the automotive industry. Jamie began his automotive career as a Service Manager before joining the sales team at Jones Ford in 2016, where he is now Ford certified. He is dedicated to providing his customers with a convenient and transparent car-buying experience, while also remaining loyal to the Jones Ford family and his community.

Amelia is a dedicated Sales Associate at Jones Ford, proudly serving her hometown of Savannah, TN. She began her career in sales in 2018 and loves getting to know people, hearing their stories, and helping them find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle. She attended Jackson State Community College, studying Physical Therapist Assisting. Outside of work, Amelia enjoys spending time with her husband, tending to her chickens, cat, and garden, and soaking up the sun—whether swimming, gardening, or simply being outdoors. She also loves cooking and nurturing her flowers. A couple of fun facts about Amelia: she’s left-handed, doesn’t like coffee or chocolate, and brings a unique and personal touch to every customer experience!

Timothy is a Sales Associate at Jones Ford. Originally from Florence, AL, still resides there, he now works in Savannah, TN. He began his career in sales in 2014 and understands the importance of making the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable for every customer. He studied Computer Science at Northwest Shoals, combining his technical knowledge with his passion for customer service. Outside of work, Timothy enjoys gaming when he’s not helping customers find their perfect vehicle. His favorite part of the job? Being a part of someone’s journey—while selling cars is an everyday event for him, he recognizes that for many customers, this decision takes four to five years of planning and preparation.

Dylan Jordan was born and raised in Lexington, Tennessee, and now lives in Parsons, Tennessee with his partner and their three children. Dylan enjoys staying busy both at work and at home.

I’m Will, a 26-year-old from Tennessee with a background in automotive sales and a passion for building a successful future. I enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and constantly looking for opportunities to grow—both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching sports, learning new things, and exploring new opportunities. I’m also interested in business, investing, technology, and finding ways to build additional streams of income.

I’ve always been someone who believes in working hard and continuing to push forward. I enjoy setting goals, challenging myself, and seeing how far I can go when I fully commit to something. Whether it’s my career, learning a new skill, or pursuing a new opportunity, I’m always focused on becoming better than I was yesterday.

Mary McBee began her career with Jones Ford in 2026. Born in Winchester, TN and raised in Decherd, TN, Mary now calls Savannah, TN home. She is the proud mother of one daughter, who she says is her whole world.

Meet Hayley Smith, a Savannah native who was born and raised right here in the community she still calls home. Hayley is a proud mom of three children — twin boys and a daughter — and family is at the heart of what matters most to her.

What does she like most about her role?
“Making someone’s day, even if things don’t work out.”

For Hayley, it’s all about making sure every person she interacts with feels valued and leaves with a positive experience.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her kids and making memories with her family. And if you’re ever looking for a little local lemonade, you may recognize a special entrepreneur in her family — her son owns Twisted Twins Lemonade Stand!
