Just push the button, and the seats will fold down into the floor, giving you 47.9 cubic feet of storage space. 

If you fold down the second row, the cargo area expands to 87.8 cubic feet. The second row also moves back and forth to make it easier for the third-row passengers to get to their seats. Just push the button, and the second row moves out of the way.
